ONE-DAY NATIONAL WORKSHOP ON PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGY INCUBATION

The Department of Computer Science conducted one-day workshop on  ‘Product and Technology Incubation’ on 20th December,  2018 with an aim to conduct focused research that can lead to technology or product development. Mr. Ranen Das, Founder, IXORA Tech Consulting services pvt. ltd. was the resource person on the day. The workshop was conducted in two sessions. Session 1 highlighted on

development for commercialization

  • Preparing proposal to get grants from different avenues
  • IP Strategy

Session 2 highlighted on

  • Strategy to commercialize developed Products/Technology/Solutions
  • How to start a product and technology business incubator
  • Different schemes of Government of India and Government of Telangana for product and technology development

65 Faculty from various colleges attended the seminar and inspired the growing entrepreneurs’ and incubators in their career design.
