Interdepartmental Extension Lecture on “Unicode Application for Digital Devices”

The Departments of II Languages and Computer Sciences together organized an Interdepartmental Extension Lecture on “Unicode Application for Digital Devices” to create awareness among students on the feasibility of typing in their own languages across digital platforms.

The demo lecture given by speaker Mr. Ch. V. Subba Rao, Hindi Officer NGRI, focussed on the Unicode application and its easy accessibility in any digital device. The lecture witnessed participation from over two hundred second year B.A, B.Sc and B. Com students.

The lecture was inaugurated by Rev. Sr. Manikyam, Principal and also ignited the lamp and delivered the key note address for the lecture.
